浙江中医药大学附属第二医院院长、浙江中医药大学第二临床医学院院长，国家中医药管理局中西医结合旗舰科室消化内科带头人、浙江省中药管理局重点专科脾胃病专科带头人、浙江省小而强创新团队“老年慢性便秘”负责人、浙江省优势专科联盟副组长单位负责人。目前担任中华医学会现代教育学会中医组组长、世界中医药联合会伦理委员会理事、世界中医药联合会科技委员会理事、浙江省医师学会医师教育分会副会长，浙江省IBD心神疾病学组委员等。主要研究为炎症性肠病、功能性胃肠病的基础与临床研究。近5年主持并参与国家自然科学基金项目3项，省部级重大项目等3项，发表SCI论文30余篇，国家核心期刊论文10余篇。主编、副主编行业规划教材及省高校“十四五”首批新医科重点教材主编4部。

She is currently the President of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University and the Second School of Clinical Medicine of ZCMU. She is the head of the Gastroenterology Flagship Department of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the head of the key specialty of Spleen and Stomach Disease of the Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zhejiang Province. Director of the Zhejiang"Small but Strong" Innovation Team for Chronic Constipation in the Elderly; Director of the Deputy Leading Unit of the Zhejiang Provincial Advantage Specialty Alliance.She is the group leader of the Modern Education Society TCM group of the Chinese Medical Association, the director of the Ethics Committee and the Science and Technology Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, the vice president of the Physician Education Branch of the Zhejiang Medical Doctors Association, and a member of the Zhejiang Provincial IBD Psychosomatic Disease Group, etc. Her research is mainly on the basic and clinical research of IBD and FGIDs. In the past 5 years, she has led and participated in 3 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 3 provincial and ministerial major projects. She has published more than 30 SCI-indexed papers and more than 10 papers in national core journals. She has served as chief editor or associate chief editor of 4 textbooks, including industry planning textbooks and the first batch of "New Medical Science" key textbooks for the 14th Five-Year Plan of provincial higher education institutions.

肠道菌群与代谢物在炎症性肠病或结肠癌发生发展中的作用机制研究；免疫系统在炎症性肠病或结肠癌中的功能探索；炎症性肠病或结肠癌治疗标志物或干预新靶点的研究；中药药理学与机制研究。

Research on the mechanism of the role of intestinal flora and metabolites in the development of IBD or colon cancer; Exploring function of the immune system in IBD or colon cancer; Research on therapeutic markers or new targets for intervention in IBD or colon cancer; Research on the pharmacology and mechanism of TCM.

Job Requirement

● 思想政治觉悟高，作风优良，品学兼优、身心健康；

● 年龄一般不超过35周岁，应届博士研究生或获博士学位不超过3年；

Generally not more than 35 years old, fresh doctoral students or have obtained a doctoral degree for no more than 3 years;

● 具有良好的学术背景和研究基础，富有发展潜力及团队合作精神；

Good academic background and research foundation, rich in development potential and have team spirit;

● 专业需符合要求，且能全职从事博士后研究；

The major should meet the requirements and should be able to work full-time;

● 具备独立开展和完成科研项目能力，发表过学术论文，有基金申请经验者优先。

Ability to independently carry out and complete scientific research projects, have experience of publishing academic papers, fund application is preferred.

薪酬待遇

Remuneration

● 年薪30万+医院人才补贴10万+考核优秀奖励性补贴10~22.5万+5~10万科研启动基金+科研绩效奖励+社保单位缴纳部分+住房公积金；

Annual salary300,000 RMB + Hospital talent subsidy100,000 RMB + excellent assessment incentive subsidy 10,000~225,000 RMB + research start-up fund 50,000~100,000 RMB + scientific research performance reward + social insurance (Institution paid part)+public accumulation fund;
